General Information

Historically, Torn Ticket II has put on one major production and one minor production and one cabaret show each semester, in addition to one annual orientation show. However, we are in the process of amending this to make our productions more accessible. As of Fall 2020, we are welcoming all proposals and will decide on spaces and scale based on the directors intentions as well as budget. All Torn Ticket II shows are directed, produced, designed and performed by Tufts students!

Audition Information

Auditions typically occur at the beginning of each semester, as well as throughout the semester, as more shows are proposed. All auditions will be announced in Torn Ticket II meetings and posted on the call board outside the Balch Arena Theatre. Tech and Design Information

Student Production Staff are assembled by the TTII Production Manager, currently Isobel Bohmer ’21.

Student designers must take the corresponding department class in order to design a major production. Anyone may design a minor production or assist on a major production.

Proposing Information

Are you a director interested in proposing a Torn Ticket II show? Student directors may propose regardless of past experience with the Department of Theatre and Performance Studies.
